Z85X(GVGX) Special For Fire non-Rising stem Gate Valve
Light weight：
The valve is made of ductile cast iron similar to resin sand’s structure and the valve is with high strength and small volume and it’s weight just is 70%~80% of general gate valve’s. It is easy to install and to maintain the valve.
No-groovedbody cavity：
In general gate valve’s body, there is a groove for seats to assembly .In this case increase the resistance to the fluid and there are many sundries piled up in the grooveand affect the valve’s sealing effect but there is no groove in resilient seated gate valve’s bodyЈso the resistance to fluid is little and no sundries piled up in the body and the fluid can flow without block .
Disc rubberpacked wholly：
The outside of the disc is rubber. The first-class vulcanization technology from Europe make the vulcanized valve be in good condition in dimension, the outside rubber adhere to the metal disc tightly and not easy to fall off from the metal disc and the rubber is with good elasticity.
Close-tolerancecast valve body：
The body is close-tolerance casting and can ensure valve’s sealing effect without machining the internal of the body. The internal of the disc is made of ductile cast iron and the outside of the disc is made of rubber adhering to the internal tightly and not easy to fall off from the internal disc .The rubber is with good elasticity and the whole disc is replaceable .
Corrosion resisting：
The valve’s external and internal surface are treated of epoxy resin powder, and the trim are made of stainless steel or copper alloy to prevent the valve body rusting . Resilient seated gate valve can be used in sewage system and underground etc.
Not easy tobe broken：
Cast iron gate valve is broken to pieces by impacting or hitting or deadweight pressing but resilient seated gate valve’s body is made of ductile cast ironЈso resilient seated gate valve is not easy to be broken to pieces .
O-ring：
There are three pieces of O-ring in the cover for sealingЈwhich decreases the friction force and leakage and the O-ring can be replaced in line.
Beneficial toDrinking：
The valve’s external and internal surface are treated of non poisonous epoxy resin and the disc is rubber-packed so no rust and corrosion occur in the valve and the fluid is unpolluted for drinking .
